Report Bugs.
Bug reports can be submitted anonymously.
Any team member within Picture Box Co. can, and should, at any time and for any reason submit a bug report directly to the Executive Team. It could be as simple as a small breach in employment terms, to sexual harassment or workplace safety hazards.
The purpose of the form is not to create a forum to accuse or slander, but rather a tool to create a safer and better working environment and operation.
When filling out the form below, please be as specific as possible in describing the issue, so that the Executive Team can respond appropriately and efficiently.
Also know, the company has specific policies, as specified in the Company Handbook, that strictly forbids any punitive actions toward any team member for reporting anything, and any complaints and reports are welcome.
